A Daily Prayer

Lord, make me an instrument, a servant to my family, my neighbors, my friends, my church. Grant me chances to share Your life by being a blessing to others and give me eyes to see the opportunities when they arise. Equip me through Your Word, prayer and worship, to serve You by serving others with a heart of gladness. Shape me so that I can more clearly represent Your heart. And when I cannot serve, enable me to receive with grace, from the strength of others. Thank you for the adventure that awaits me as I follow you wholly. In Christ's name I pray, Amen.
